Recruitment Marketing Coordinator

Our recruiting team is growing and seeking a motivated and creative Recruitment Marketing Coordinator. The Recruitment Marketing Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the continued success of our recruitment marketing efforts by creating and posting engaging organic and paid social and blog content, writing and updating job postings, print collateral, and more. Working closely with our recruiters, they will tailor and adjust online content and messaging to best fit and support current openings and hiring initiatives. This position will also actively work with current employees to encourage employee participation in recruitment marketing activities and gather employee stories and experiences to share with potential candidates.

Primary Responsibilities:

- Create and post content across all social media channels, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest and Twitter

- Curate and source content for careers blog

- Write and update job postings

- Place, track, and manage paid search and social media advertising

- Update print collateral materials

- Work with other recruiting team members to support current openings and hiring initiatives

- Track and report results from social and online advertising efforts

Qualifications

- Knowledge of how to effectively leverage different social platforms to attain greatest exposure of company employment brand

- Understanding of and experience with, or willingness to learn, marketing analytics including Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Facebook Business Manager and HubSpot

- Advanced writing skills to create meaningful posts for blogs and other social channels

- Ability to create engaging social content

- Ability to work with employees across a broad network to encourage employee participation in recruitment marketing activities

Experience and Background

- Bachelor’s degree

o Marketing, communications or business related field preferred

- 2+ years of experience creating online content for social media channels and blogs

o Experience creating content with a recruitment focus strongly preferred

- Experience creating video and visual content using programs such as Canva, Adobe Suite, etc. preferred
